Nutella is an absolutely fantastic creation, why not put it in cookies. Here’s a simple, fast, and awesome recipe to make some absolutely DELICIOUS Nutella Cookies (This recipe can make about three dozen cookies for your mouth to indulge in).

Materials:
– Large Mixing Bowl
– Small Mixing Bowl
– Electric Mixer
– Ice Cream Scoop/Spoon
– Measuring Cups/Measuring Spoons
(You’ll use 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp, 1/4 tsp)

Ingredients:
– 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
– 1 Tbsp of Cocoa/Cacao Powder
– 1 tsp of Baking Soda
– 1/4 tsp of Salt
– 1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature!)
– 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
– 1/2 cup of Granulated Suger
– 2 Eggs
– 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
– 1 cup of Nutella

Now let’s bake some DELICIOUS cookies!

Step One:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare your baking pans with cooking paper or tin foil (preferably cooking paper but tin foil/aluminum foil will work fine) and have that ready to go!

Step Two:
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (EXCEPT the two sugars) and set that aside. So mix together: 2 cups of all purpose Flour, 1 Tbsp of Cocoa/Cacao Powder, 1 tsp of Baking Soda, and 1/4 tsp of Salt.

Step Three:
In a large mixing bowl, mix 1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter and the two sugars ( 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar). Mix/cream them together with your electric mixer. Slowly add in the 2 eggs, 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract and 1 cup of Nutella with your mix while using your electric mixer.

Step Four:
Once your large mixing bowl is mixed together, add in the dry ingredients you set aside in a small mixing bowl. Mix it all together so it becomes the perfect Nutella dough.

Step Five:
Take an ice cream scoop (or spoon), scoop the dough to the size you like your cookies (keep in mind, they will spread out!) and place the scoops on the cookie sheet a few inches apart.

Step Six:
Place the cookies into the oven and allow them to bake for about 10 minutes. (They will puff up and spread as they bake but once cooled, will be flat delicious cookies).

Step Seven:
Let the cookies cool completely. And voila!

Now if you want to Halloween-esq your cookies as I did in my video above, all you’ll need are just a few fun extra things! You’ll want to grab some frosting, sprinkles, candy, and food coloring if you’d like to make your own shade of frostings (like orange and green for pumpkins)

Once you have all of that stuff, just have fun and decorate! I used the ends of a knife to help be as neat as possible when applying frosting or icing to my cookies for the fun shapes.
