So some of you know Ty’s “famous” Mini Pizza’s that he occasionally makes throughout Daily Vlogs. They’re basically biscuits, pizza sauce and cheese. It’s a very simple and cheap.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 Spoon
1 Baking Pan
1 Biscuit pack (of 4) – any type of biscuits can work, we used the Homestyle Great Value Biscuits from Walmart.
Pizza Sauce (We used Ragu Sauce)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or a cheese of your choice)
PAM or any other Baking Spray (so the biscuits don’t stick to the pan – optional)

NOTE:
2 packs of the 4 biscuits can make 20 mini pizza’s. Depending on the party size, only use the right amount of packs required. If you’re making this for yourself, just use one. If you’re making it for 2-4 people, use 2 of the biscuit packs, and so on.

Here’s how you do it!

1. Pre-heat the oven to 400° F

2. Spray down the Baking Pan with PAM or any non-stick spray (optional, but this will help in regards to clean up)

3. Open up the biscuits and evenly separate them on the baking pan. Apply some pressure with the spoon on each biscuit so they spread out a little more and refrain from “puffing up”. Place those in the oven and allow them to bake for about 2-3 minutes. When the times up, they should still be a bit doughy and soft – you do not want them to be any-bit golden or else they’ll burn here after.

4. With a spoon, put a spoonful (or how ever much you choose) of pizza sauce one each biscuit. Spread the sauce as you’d like to, as though you’re making an actual pizza. Then, sprinkle as much cheese as you’d like on each biscuit. If you’d like, get creative and put what you’d like on them.

5. Place them back in the oven and allow them to bake for another 5-10 minutes. Watch them until they’re golden-brown. Ty never has a set time to keep them in, but allow them to bake enough so they’re not doughy and have the golden-brown coloring on them. You can also bake them to however you’d like – some like them really crispy, others not so much. You choice!

6. Allow them to cool down for about 2 minutes and enjoy!

That’s basically all you have to do! It’s a simple, cheap, quick and easy recipe for a nice snack or dinner. Hope you like this and if you have any questions, be sure to ask! :D Enjoy!
